Welcome to the farm

What we’re up to - 2/9

Right now, things are quiet at the farm. We’re only a few weeks away from lambing and are expecting around 20 babies this season!

Everyone is in the farm is warm and cozy in the barn, and thankfully so because now that the wet season is hitting heavy the pasture is mostly bog. We did shear our spring clip and got ALMOST 100 LBS OF WOOL. The Romney and Shetlands have definitely brought our flock yield up! Best fleece award goes to Linus this spring, our solid black shetland wether. Peep his fiber <-

We recently released our Farmer’s Flock debut and WOW. I’m eternally grateful and impressed by this region’s love and support of local wool and farms. We’re going to keep that going and are taking wool submissions now, and can’t wait to bring you more goodies as the year goes on.

We believe in sustainable agriculture and living for all. For us, happy sheep are at the heart of that.

With so much uncertainty in climate health and food security, knowledge sharing and community is more important than ever! We’re starting our farmstead journey with the mission to grow fiber, food, and minds.
