What we’re up to - 7/24
Lamb fleeces are GROWING. All of our spring kiddos are getting big, with several as big as their mamas. We let the ewes wean their lambs when they’re ready (simply because it’s a management strategy that works for us). Grass is getting more dry and growing slower, and the recent heat wave + summer rain has cropped up a fresh batch of flies. Nothing the flock isn’t used to, but it’s definitely that sweaty season…
The Farm Store is open weekly! We’ll have the following hours through summer, but will maintain Sunday hours year round moving forward :)

We’ve got our Shetland and Romney Flock yarn live on the website. It’s all natural colored and sheep-specific, so get it while it’s hot!
