Fenella grew the wool for this yarn. She’s a registered Shetland ewe born in 2018 who came to us from Sue Smith at Blackberry Heritage Fibers. She’s a low and long girl and always eager for a scritch.
This yarn is grown by our flock, blade-shorn by the shepherd, Caroline, and spun within 50 miles by a local wool mill, Skagit Woolen Works.
